Regional Marketing Coordinator - Spain and Italy

We are now looking for our next colleague within the Regional Activations team, so if you would like to work with influencer marketing for the Spanish and Italian markets, take the opportunity to join us! As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving Desenio Group's continued growth in Spain and Italy. The role will allow you to focus on influencer marketing and social media, whilst excelling with your sales and negotiation skills. As a person, you enjoy working in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. You will independently structure your tasks and be able to see clear results from your accomplishments.    

You will be a part of our Regional Activation team, working with Regional Activations & Influencer marketing focusing on the Spanish and Italian markets. This is a hard-working and loyal team that always strives for improving results, while maintaining a fun and motivating work environment. You will report to our Head of Regional Activation and work at our HQ in Södermalm.     

YOUR JOB ASSIGNMENTS ARE   

• Driving traffic and sales to Desenio through scouting and building relationships with influencers/agencies/brands and other partners. 
• Developing close relationships with influencers, and agencies in order to maintain a strong level of commitment.
• Plan sales-focused campaigns for influencers and analyze outcomes, focusing on revenue and costs.
• Developing best practices and adjusting global strategy to your local markets. 
• Negotiation with stakeholders and creation of external agreements.    
• Staying on top of relevant campaigns and digital media advancement.   
• Coordinating and following up marketing and PR initiatives in order to drive improved brand awareness in Spain and Italy. 
• Supporting PR events, B2B activities, brand partnerships and other activities to support Spanish and Italian markets. 
  
  

REQUIREMENTS    

• We believe you have minimum 1-2 years of experience within influencer marketing, marketing, social media and/or PR, and have a strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.     
• Bachelor degree in marketing/business administration or similar.     
• An understanding of a result-oriented environment and a willingness to aim for high goals and targets.   
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish, it is a plus if you have very good writing and communication skills in Italian. 
  
  

IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE     

• Experience in working with Spanish or Italian market, preferably within marketing. 
• Experience in a specific area within marketing such as online/offline marketing, digital analytics, analytic tools or similar.    
• Experience in negotiating and a know-how in establishing relationships with partners.

Start date: 1st of November 

Extent: This is a full-time position with a start of 6 months' probation time.     

Location: Stockholm, Södermalm.
