Join us now, as we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support our Swedish market part-time. This role is a great fit if you’re a student looking for extra work alongside your studies. You will support our customers through our main channels, telephone, chat and email and aim to deliver a top of line customer experience. We're looking for you who can work 20 hours per week.

You will be a part of a dynamic, helpful and united team that always seeks opportunities and optimization in how to build a great and efficient customer service. In the role of Customer Service Agent, you will report to our Team Leader in Customer Service.

YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS ARE

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, chat, email and social media.
  • Help our customers by answering questions and solving their problems. Common errands may include solving issues related to shipments, payments and our products.
  • Be the link between our customers and the rest of the company regarding feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Some work experience from a similar role, e.g. from a service-oriented environment or with administrative work. It is a plus if you previously have worked with supporting customers through telephone, chat and email.
  • Excellent writing and communicating skills in English and Swedish.
  • Available to work at least 20 hours a week including weekends.
  • MUST be able to complete the onboarding in our office in Stockholm.
  • MUST be able to work 1 day a week in our office in Stockholm.

MERITING REQUIREMENTS

  • If you are familiar with Dixa or similar CRM tools.
  • If you have knowledge in additional languages that are relevant for Desenio Group and the markets we are shipping to.

As our Art Atelier Manager, you will lead our in-house Art Atelier while being an artist; creating and supporting the art and craftmanship yourself. This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on artistic work, shaping both the output and the people behind it. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative concepts and commercial priorities are translated into exceptional artistic execution.

You will coach, develop and inspire a talented team of seven, consisting of Creative Designers, Artwork Designers and a Photographer, fostering an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work in close partnership with the Art Concept Director to bring creative visions to life and ensure every collection meets the highest artistic and commercial standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the daily work and act as the closest day-to-day manager for the Art Atelier team incl. onboarding, feedback, performance development and team routines.
  • Work as an artist and create art from scrath yourself in our Art Atelier. 
  • Translate approved art briefs, concepts and collection direction into clear production plans and high-quality artistic execution.
  • Guide, support and coach artists throughout the creative production process.
  • Contribute hands-on to artistic production, including painting, finishing and other atelier work.
  • Drive process improvements and explore new technologies, including AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • Ensure that artworks and collections are delivered in line with approved direction, quality expectations, timelines and commercial priorities.
  • Plan and manage studio workload, capacity, resource needs and delivery risks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Concept Director to ensure alignment between creative intention, collection direction and execution.
  • Contribute to the regular production of Art Atelier branding, “Behind the Art” content by sharing the atelier’s artistic process, craftsmanship and hands-on work, tutorials, DIY content and artist insights.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Mimimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong artistic background with experience working hands-on in a creative or atelier environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing original artistic work, including paintings and/or graphic design.
  • Ability to combine hands-on artistic contribution with daily team leadership and operational structure.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, craftsmanship and artistic execution.
  • Strong ability to translate approved art briefs, concepts and collection direction into clear production plans and high-quality output.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
