We are looking for a commercially driven and structured Procurement and Sourcing Manager to take full ownership of our purchasing processes, suppliers and sourcing strategy. In this role, you will lead a Purchasing Coordinator, drive supplier strategy, and ensure strong profitability, quality, and operational efficiency across the business. Travel is a natural part of the role, including visits to both existing and potential suppliers globally, as well as our fulfilment centers in Czechia and Ohio, US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Strategy & Sourcing

• Define and execute supplier strategy, including sourcing new suppliers and products
• Develop key supplier partnerships to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts and legal agreements
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance, capacity, and market trends

Product Development & Innovation

• Lead product development and innovation projects from idea to launch
• Drive sourcing solutions for new products and assortment expansion
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Product teams to align vision with execution
• Research potential suppliers and evaluating their reliability, capacity, quality standards and market trends.

Operations & Process Optimization

• Set, manage, and follow up on purchasing budgets and COGS
• Optimize the order-to-delivery process and inventory levels across fulfilment sites (CZ & US)
• Improve internal workflows impacting product quality and efficiency
• Implement tools and technology to analyze, optimize, and automate procurement processes

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in buying, sourcing, or product development within retail or e-commerce
• Proven track record of supplier negotiations and relationship management
• Strong skills in project management with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive profitability

We are looking for a motivated student to join our Regional Activations team as a part-time Regional Marketing Coordinator for the American market. In this role, you will play a key part in driving Desenio Group’s growth in the US through influencer marketing and social media collaborations.

You will get the opportunity to strengthen your skills in sales, negotiation, and digital marketing while building valuable experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role requires someone who is proactive, structured, and enjoys working independently while delivering measurable results. This is a part-time position, around 30 hours a week, starting as soon as possible.

The Regional Activations Department is a hard-working and loyal team who always strives for improving results, while maintaining a fun and motivating work environment. You will report to our Head of Regional Activation and work at our HQ in Södermalm.  

YOUR JOB ASSIGNMENTS ARE 

• Driving traffic and sales to Desenio through scouting and building relationships with influencers/agencies  
• Developing close relationships with influencers, and agencies in order to maintain a strong level of commitment. 
• Plan sales-focused campaigns for influencers and analyze outcomes, focusing on revenue and costs. 
• Negotiation with stakeholders and creation of external agreements.  
• Staying on top of relevant campaigns and digital media advancement. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• We believe you are in the beginning of your career and have a strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.  
• An understanding of a result-oriented environment and a willingness to aim for high goals and targets.  
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.

We are looking for a Junior Artworker to join our Art Atelier team. In this role, you will support the creative team in artwork production and rollout, preparing print-ready files and ensuring designs meet technical and production standards. We think you're a hands-on and technically minded person who enjoys working with design layouts, artwork production, retouch and print preparation. 

You'll be part of a team of seven colleagues working with artwork production, retouch and design, alongside designers creating original artworks and photographers producing photo art for our assortment. You will report to the Head of Art Atelier, who encourages collaboration, curiosity and continuous development. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and prepare print-ready artwork files for production.
• Adapt and scale artwork by adjusting sizes, layouts, colors and formats for different products and dimensions, including prints and canvas.
• Support the creative team with retouch and artwork production.
• Search for and work with image bank assets and art materials, focusing on retouch, layout and color adjustments.
• Assist with rolling out products and assets into our PIM system to support our e-commerce platforms.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant design education.
• Experience with photo retouch, color adjustments and preparing artwork for print production.
• Knowledge of prepress and color management.
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Swedish is considered a plus.
