As Community Growth Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and growing our ambassador and creator communities across both Desenio and Poster Store. The Club App will be your central platform, while also supporting the growth of our wider organic communities across social channels. This role combines community management, creator partnerships, content creation, and analytics. You will work hands-on with creators and audiences while also helping shape how our brands build long-term engagement and loyalty organically.
You will play an important role in supporting the growth of our global community presence across channels such as Instagram, Threads, Substack, Reddit, TikTok and other emerging platforms with a strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.

At Desenio Group you’ll be part of a young and multicultural team in the company’s beautiful office in Sockholm’s Södermalm. You’ll find the core of our brand in our office- the Art Atelier, where our in-house teams of designers, artists, and creatives develop unique art collections. With fulfillment centers in the Czech Republic and the United States, we deliver art to customers around the world. Our group consists of around 100 employees representing over 20 nationalities and together we’re solving problems every day to help the world become a more beautiful place with our affordable art.
