We are looking for a CRM Campaign & Lifecycle Specialist to join our team for a one-year maternity leave cover. In this role, you will own the execution of high-impact CRM campaigns and play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement across our CRM channel. Acting as the link between Creative, Brand, and CRM, you’ll turn ideas and assets into high-performing, commercially driven campaigns and customer journeys. As part of this, you’ll contribute to how we create more relevant and personalized customer experiences across channels over time. You report directly to the Head of CRM and be part of our Growth department.

YOUR JOB ASSIGNMENTS ARE

  • Plan and manage campaign calendar and send schedules
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring high-quality and on-brand delivery (targeting, setup, QA, scheduling)
  • Create campaign briefs and act as the link between Creative/Brand and CRM, aligning stakeholders and ensuring assets and messaging translate into high-performing campaigns
  • Run A/B tests across campaigns and drive continuous optimization through a test-and-learn approach
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and actionable insights
  • Feed learnings back into future campaigns and CRM improvements
  • Support the execution and optimization of automated lifecycle flows, including working with segmentation and targeting based on customer behavior
  • Help ensure a consistent and engaging customer journey across touchpoints

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of CRM/email marketing experience (e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern CRM/email marketing tools
  • Experience building and executing campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience with segmenting and A/B testing
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns

Start date: As soon as possible. 

Extent: This is a cover for maternity leave, with a fixed-term contract for 1 year. The extent of the position is full-time, with the possibility to be extended. 

Location: Stockholm, Södermalm.
