Regional Marketing Coordinator Sweden & Finland (maternity cover)

We are looking for a Regional Activation Coordinator to join our team for a one-year maternity leave cover, starting in June. As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving Desenio Group's continued growth in the Swedish and the Finnish market. The role will allow you to focus on influencer marketing and social media, whilst excelling with your sales and negotiation skills. As a person, you enjoy working in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. You will independently structure your tasks and be able to see clear results from your accomplishments.

You will be a part of a team, consisting of 12 colleagues, working with Regional Activations & Influencer marketing focusing on the company’s key markets. This is a hard-working and loyal team and that always strives for improving results, while maintaining a fun and motivating work environment. You will report to our Country Manager and work at our HQ in Södermalm. 

YOUR JOB ASSIGNMENTS ARE

• Driving traffic and sales to Desenio through scouting and building relationships with influencers/agencies/brands for the Swedish and Finnish market.
• Developing close relationships with influencers, agencies and brands in order to maintain a strong level of commitment.
• Plan sales and branding focused campaigns for influencers and analyze outcomes, focusing on revenue and costs.
• Negotiation with stakeholders and creation of external agreements. 
• Staying on top of relevant campaigns and digital media advancement.
• Coordinating and following up marketing and PR initiatives in order to drive improved brand awareness in Sweden and Finland.

REQUIREMENTS

• We believe you are in the beginning of your career, and have a strong interest in influencer marketing and social media. 
• Bachelor degree in marketing/business administration or similar. 
• An understanding of a result-oriented environment and a willingness to aim for high goals and targets. 
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Swedish and English. 

IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE  

• Knowledge in a specific area within marketing such as online/offline marketing, digital analytics, analytic tools or similar.
• Experience in negotiating and a know-how in establishing relationships with partners. 
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media and/or PR.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Finnish.

Start date: June, 2026.

Extent: This is a cover for maternity leave, with a fixed-term contract for 1 year. The extent of the position is full-time, with the possibility to be extended. 

Location: Stockholm, Södermalm.
