We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join Desenio’s Sales & Performance team, focusing on digital marketing across social media and search channels. In this role, you will handle business-critical data, perform analysis, work with our social media calendar and make strategic marketing and resource allocation decisions daily to enhance our profitability and achieve growth objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data sets to evaluate marketing channel performance at group, brand, and market levels. Identify trends and insights to optimize ad content, marketing strategy and resource allocation continuously.
- Social Media & Search Campaigns: Evaluate and enhance the performance of social media and search campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
- Daily Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance data daily, providing ongoing evaluation and optimization of all channels.
- KPI Management: Understand and manage marketing budget processes. Onwership for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, CPC, CoS, Revenue and more.
- Financial Management: Participate in budgeting process for marketing activities and manage daily and monthly spend levels across media channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely across the Desenio marketing team, Commercial Department and vendors to develop and execute social media marketing plan.
- Emerging Platforms: Develop brand presence on emerging social media platforms and new digital channels.
- Social media calendar: Own our paid social media planner and lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Work closely with creative, product, to ensure marketing strategies and assets align with product offerings, market demands, business objectives and brand identity.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, mathematics, or economics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a paid marketing role, a plus if you have experience working in-house
- E-commerce paid performance experience is a plus.
- Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, GA4. Other paid platforms are a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing and reporting platforms like Funnel and Looker Studio.

Extent: This is a permanent position with an initial probation period of 6 months.
Location: Södermalm, Stockholm.
